Bixby Trades San Bernardino Warehouse to Dalfen
JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale of 4982 Hallmark Pkwy. in San Bernardino, a Class A industrial property totaling 340,080 square feet. The firm represented the seller, Bixby Land Company and a global investment manager, and procured the buyer, Dalfen Industrial.
The property was built in 2018 and is fully leased to two tenants. Key features include 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 47 dock-high doors and two grade level doors.
