Daniel Management Group (DMG) has made four promotions across its senior leadership team ,including three positions that are new to the company. Hannah Murray-King has been promoted to Senior People Operations Manager. Kenia Rivera was promoted to Vice President of Property Management. Jonathan Sheil has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Lauren Evett was promoted to Senior Regional Property Manager.
Multi-family brokerage firm Essex Three-Twelve has announced the expansion of its brokerage team with the addition of associate Garrett Leigh. Leigh joins Ryan Blake, Michael Masterson, and Chris Van Dinther, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across Chicago’s northside. Prior to joining Essex Three-Twelve, Leigh gained extensive experience as an acquisition professional for an institutional real estate manager, overseeing a series of closed-end funds.
JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has appointed Jim O’Leary, Jon Sestak and Inna Babakulieva to key leadership roles within the team for 2025. Jon Sestak and Inna Babakulieva have been appointed Executive Directors, reporting to Kai Pan, who oversees the multifamily sector for JLL Value and Risk Advisory. Sestak specifically will continue the growth of the affordable housing sector, while Babakulieva will focus on the expansion of the multifamily sector in the Southeast region.
Farbman Group has made several promotions throughout the firm’s family of companies. Brad Margolis was promoted to senior vice president of brokerage at NAI Farbman, Nathan Casey was promoted to vice president of brokerage at NAI Farbman, Connie Rutz was promoted to senior construction coordinator at Huntington Construction, and Julie Dodd was promoted to senior staff accountant at Farbman Group.
