Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, vendors, and other real estate professionals.
- Evaluating and marketing properties.
- Understanding market trends and conditions to determine the best pricing strategies for each property.
- Negotiating and closing deals to ensure a positive outcome.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and client communications.
- Staying informed of current real estate and business laws and regulations to ensure compliance and protect the interests of clients.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license with a proven commercial track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Proven ability to effectively market and sell properties, including experience with digital marketing and social media.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resilience.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing the highest standards of customer service and representation.
