Newmark Promotes Charlie Farra to Seattle, Bellevue Market Leader
Newmark announced that Charlie Farra has been promoted to executive vice president, market leader of Seattle and Bellevue. In his new role, Farra will oversee strategic operations and performance for two offices and nearly 40 professionals.
Farra will continue in brokerage advisory, serving clients throughout the Puget Sound market and specializing in occupier representation. As market leader, Farra will assume the role previously held by 30-year industry veteran Tim O’Keefe, who will continue in his brokerage advisory role.
