Private Equity Firm Expands Offices at 101 Park Ave.
Private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has expanded its footprint to 32,198 square feet at H.J. Kalikow & Co. LLC’s 101 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. Incline signed a 14,198-square-foot expansion to occupy space on the 47th floor, expanding its existing 18,000 square feet on the 46th floor of the property.

Cushman & Wakefield executive vice chairman John Cefaly and managing director Nicholas Dysenchuk represented ownership.
