TruCore Investments Acquires Industrial Asset in OKC
TruCore Investments has acquired a Class B industrial warehouse and distribution center in a prime Oklahoma City location.
This deal was executed as a short-term sale-leaseback with brokerage assistance from Rusty Smith and
Allan Meadors at Cushman & Wakefield. TruCore is set to reposition and make immediate improvements
to the facility, including exterior paint and interior light upgrades. This purchase advances their ongoing
portfolio expansion, with more than $130 Million secured during the last two years.

Farmer Brothers is a nationwide roaster, wholesaler and distributor of coffee, tea and allied products. Farmer Brothers currently occupies the warehouse and storage property situated at 13131 Broadway Extension. Spanning 142,115 sq. `. on 8.5 acres, the location is also zoned for outdoor storage and is conveniently accessible to both Highway 77 and Kilpatrick Turnpike.
